A Michigan man has been indicted for robbing the Tiffin Avenue Kroger pharmacy on Jan. 28.

Deaire D. Brown, 24, of Detroit, was indicted Tuesday by a Hancock County grand jury on a charge of robbery, a second-degree felony.

According to police reports, two men jumped over the pharmacy counter and took several bottles of prescription medications around 12:49 p.m. on Jan. 28.

Hancock County Prosecutor Phil Riegle said Brown is accused of taking a form of opiates.

Separately, Mindy M. Herr, 30, of McComb, was charged with felonious assault, a second-degree felony, and domestic violence, a third-degree felony, after she allegedly ran over a man with a 2006 Chrysler on May 21.

In other indictments:

  • John R. Griffin Jr., 32, of Jackson, Michigan, was charged with improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle, a fourth-degree felony, and receiving stolen property, a fourth-degree felony.
  • Rayleshia D. Griffin, 28, of Thomasville, Georgia, was charged in connection with the same incident. She was charged with improper handling of firearms in a motor vehicle, a fourth-degree felony. The alleged incidents occurred June 1.
  • Charles R. Epley, 49, of Fostoria, was charged with violating a protection order, a fifth-degree felony, after an alleged incident on May 19.
  • Gregory L. Hester Jr., 32, of Findlay, was charged with trespassing in a habitation when a person is present or likely to be present, a fourth-degree felony, after an alleged incident on June 12.

Eight people were indicted Tuesday on drug-related charges:

  • Roy M. Lander Jr., 34, of Fostoria, was charged with aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, after an alleged incident March 19.
  • Gregory F. Moss, 40, address unknown, was charged with possession of cocaine, a fifth-degree felony, after an alleged incident on April 21.
  • Brock M. Price, 27, of Findlay, was charged with aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, after an alleged incident on April 11.
  • Danielle R. Savage, 30, of Findlay, was charged with aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, after an alleged incident on Oct. 25, 2017.
  • Jose R. Munoz III, 33, of Findlay, was charged with possession of cocaine, a fifth-degree felony, after an alleged incident on Dec. 21, 2017.
  • Haley L. Carr, 23, of Fostoria, was charged with possession of cocaine, a fifth-degree felony, after an alleged incident on Dec. 20, 2017.
  • Ashley K. Baldridge, 25, of Findlay, was charged with possession of cocaine, a fifth-degree felony, after an alleged incident on April 16.
  • Kenneth D. Shellenberg, 23, of Findlay, was charged with possession of cocaine, a fifth-degree felony, after an alleged incident on April 16.
