UPPER SANDUSKY — A 71-year-old Upper Sandusky man was pronounced dead Thursday after a single-vehicle crash west of Upper Sandusky.
Thomas E. Hall died at the scene of the accident, near 10632 County Highway 96, the Wyandot County Sheriff’s Office reported.
The crash was reported about 12:57 p.m. Thursday.
The sheriff’s office said Hall was driving south on County 96 when his vehicle went off the left side of the road, striking a cement culvert and then a driveway embankment before coming to rest in a soybean field.
Assisting at the accident scene were Wyandot County EMS and JAWS, Upper Sandusky EMS, and Wharton Fire and Rescue.
The crash remains under investigation.
