A Hancock County grand jury indicted nine people on drug-related charges Tuesday. Two others are facing drug charges included in recently-released secret indictments.

Those charged were:

Crystal L. Nowak, 33, address unknown, was charged with two counts of aggravated possession of drugs, each a fifth-degree felony. The charges stem from an alleged incident involving oxycodone on July 18.

Cory A. Webb, 25, of McComb, was charged with possession of cocaine, a fifth-degree felony, after an alleged incident on July 25.

Shawna J. Hall, 27, of Findlay, was charged with possession of cocaine, a fifth-degree felony, after an alleged incident on July 2.

Erica L. Issacs, 25, of Findlay, was charged with aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, after an alleged incident involving fentanyl on July 26.

Jessie L. Gazarek, 27, of North Baltimore, was charged with aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, after an alleged incident involving methamphetamine on July 26.

Mitchell A. Davis, 29, of Mount Blanchard, was charged with aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, after an alleged incident involving fentanyl on March 12.

Rolland E. Decker, 36, of Findlay, was charged with aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, after an alleged incident on April 30.

Tremell D. Foster, 42, of Rawson, was charged with possession of cocaine, a fifth-degree felony, after an alleged incident on June 16.

Shari J. Fisher, 41, of Findlay, was charged with possession of heroin, a fifth-degree felony, and possession of cocaine, a fifth-degree felony, stemming from an alleged incident on June 14.

Cris A. Kelley, 54, of Findlay, was charged in a secret indictment Aug. 14 with permitting drug abuse, a fifth-degree felony. The alleged incident occurred Oct. 26, 2017.

Cortney I. Randale, 36, of Findlay, was charged in a secret indictment Aug. 14 with two counts of trafficking in drugs, each a fifth-degree felony. The alleged incidents, both involving cocaine, occurred Feb. 13 and Feb. 21.

Separately, Marsi A. Hudson, 27, of Findlay, was charged with breaking and entering, a fifth-degree felony, and grand theft, a fourth-degree felony, after an alleged incident on Aug. 10 at Marvin Motors, 600 N. Main St., Findlay.

Owen R. Palmer, 22, of McCutchenville, was charged with improper handling of firearms in a motor vehicle, a fourth-degree felony, after an alleged incident on Sept. 10.

Two people were charged with failure to appear, each a fourth-degree felony. Nickolas A. Hudson, 19, of Findlay, was charged after a Sept. 5 incident. Mitchell C. Nagy, 19, of McComb, was charged after an Aug. 14 incident.
