Plans for an industrial equipment storage building and a hoop-shaped salt and mulch building at 1744 Romick Parkway were approved Thursday by Findlay City Planning Commission.
The 6,000-square-foot equipment storage building and 4,600-square-foot hoop structure will be built by summer 2019, said Shawn Hoover, co-owner of Zoeller Lawn & Property Management, New Riegel.
The equipment building will house loaders, tractors and trucks for snow season, Hoover said.
Separately, plans were approved for a 3,672-square-foot office building at 3510 N. Main St. for Dr. Bradley Gregory, an oral and facial surgeon. Gregory currently has offices at 200 Lima Ave. and in Fostoria.
Construction could start by year-end and be completed in spring 2019, said Joel Rasor, construction manager for Tri-Point Homes.
