A Tiffin man was injured in a two-car accident at the intersection of Sandusky and Main streets Wednesday afternoon.

Jeremy Smith, 37, of Tiffin, was taken by Hanco EMS to Blanchard Valley Hospital with minor injuries, according to the Findlay Police Department.

According to the report, Rita Kreinbihl, 62, of Findlay, was driving west on East Sandusky Street and was attempting to make a left turn onto South Main Street, when she pulled into the path of a vehicle being driven by Smith.

The accident occurred at 3:13 p.m. Wednesday.

Kreinbihl was cited for failure to yield while making a left turn.

The Findlay Fire Department, Dick’s Towing and B.G. Towing & Repair, both of Findlay, assisted at the scene.
