Nine secret indictments for drug-related charges were released recently.

Marcus P. Miller Jr., 36, of Findlay, was indicted by a Hancock County grand jury for aggravated trafficking in drugs, a third-degree felony. He allegedly sold between one and five times the bulk amount of methamphetamine on Oct. 22, 2018, in Findlay.

Corey D. Greene, 45, of Findlay, was indicted on six fifth-degree felony charges: two for trafficking in a fentanyl-related compound and four for trafficking in cocaine. Greene allegedly sold less than 1 gram of fentanyl on Oct. 15 and Nov. 6, 2018, in Findlay. He is suspected of making four sales of less than 5 grams of cocaine in October and November 2018 in Findlay.

Raymond Mincey, 59, of Findlay, faces two counts of permitting drug abuse, both fifth-degree felonies, for allowing his Meeks Avenue residence to be used to traffic cocaine on June 25 and 26, 2018.

Jesse L. Payton III, 39, of Findlay, was indicted on two counts of trafficking in a fentanyl-related compound, both fourth-degree felonies, for alleged sales of fentanyl patches on Nov. 27 and 29, 2018. Both alleged sales were within 1,000 feet of Jefferson Primary School in Findlay.

Brett A. Johnson, 54, of Findlay, was charged with trafficking in cocaine, a fifth-degree felony, and aggravated trafficking in drugs, a fourth-degree felony. He allegedly sold less than 5 grams of cocaine on Dec. 3, 2018, in Findlay and hydrocodone on Dec. 10, 2018, in Findlay.

Justin M. Girdler, 30, address unknown, was indicted on two counts of aggravated trafficking in drugs, both third-degree felonies, for alleged methamphetamine sales on Jan. 29 and Feb. 5 in Findlay. The alleged January sale was an amount between one and five times the bulk amount, and the alleged February sale was a smaller amount but the same degree of felony due to taking place within 1,000 feet of Lincoln Elementary School.

Stefanie Disbennett, aka Stefanie Rodriguez, 36, of Findlay, was charged with aggravated trafficking in drugs, a third-degree felony, for allegedly selling methamphetamine on April 17 within 1,000 feet of the Findlay High School/Millstream Career Center campus.

Fred D. Quinn, 40, of Findlay, faces three fifth-degree felony trafficking charges, two for cocaine, and one for a fentanyl-related compound. Quinn allegedly sold less than 5 grams of cocaine on Nov. 29, 2018, and Jan. 14 in Findlay. He is suspected of selling less than 1 gram of fentanyl on Jan. 14.

Clifton W. Rodenberger, 40, of Findlay, was indicted for trafficking in a fentanyl-related compound, a fifth-degree felony, for allegedly selling less than 1 gram of fentanyl on Aug. 16, 2018, in Findlay.

All of the cases are in Hancock County Common Pleas Court.
