CAREY — An Upper Sandusky woman was injured Monday morning in a single-car accident on Findlay Street, Carey police reported.

According to police, Rose Scurlock, 75, of Upper Sandusky, was driving a 2015 Nissan Juke east on East Findlay Street at 10:10 a.m. when the car went off the right side of the road, striking a utility pole at the South Wyandotte Avenue intersection.

Scurlock was taken by Carey EMS to Blanchard Valley Hospital for treatment of injuries, police reported.
