Three people were indicted Tuesday on first-degree felony charges for fentanyl possession.

Chantel D. Young, 23, of Detroit, Michigan, and Damariea A. Miller, 23, of Westland, Michigan, were both charged with possession of a fentanyl-related compound, a first-degree felony, with a major drug offender specification, and possession of heroin, a second-degree felony.

About 150 grams of fentanyl and 20 grams of heroin were found in a traffic stop, said Hancock County Prosecutor Phil Riegle. This allegedly happened April 17, 2018, in Liberty Township.

In a separate case, Rebecca A. Wilson, 23, address unknown, was indicted for possession of a fentanyl-related compound, a first-degree felony, and possession of cocaine, a fifth-degree felony, stemming from an alleged incident on March 16.

Wilson had just over 20 grams of fentanyl at a local hotel, Riegle said. She also allegedly possessed less than 5 grams of cocaine.

David Luth, 52, of Findlay, was indicted for failure to comply with an order or signal from a police officer, a third-degree felony. Findlay police said they pursued Luth from Family Resource Center, 2515 N. Main St., to a yard on Frazer Street on Sept. 11.

Todd E. Campbell, 51, of Findlay, was indicted for operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol, a drug of abuse, or a combination of them, a third-degree felony, for an alleged incident Sept. 28 in Findlay. He has a previous OVI conviction in Hancock County Common Pleas Court.

Randy L. Cranston, 28, of Marion, was charged with trespass in a habitation when a person is present or likely to be present, a fourth-degree felony, for an alleged incident Oct. 6 in Findlay at a Putnam Street residence.

Austyn K. Ray, 22, of Toledo, was indicted for improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle, a fourth-degree felony, for allegedly having a loaded handgun accessible in a vehicle on Sept. 4 in Findlay.

Jason M. Barchet, 34, of Findlay, was charged with failure to appear, a fourth-degree felony, for missing a May 14 court date in a drug trafficking case.

Five other people were indicted on drug charges.

Edward R. Brown, 47, of Findlay, was charged with aggravated possession of drugs, a second-degree felony, for allegedly having between five and 50 times the bulk amount of methamphetamine on Oct. 2 in Findlay.

Ashley D. Woods, 33, of Findlay, was indicted for aggravated possession of drugs, a third-degree felony, and possession of heroin, a fifth-degree felony. Woods allegedly had between one and five times the bulk amount of methamphetamine and less than 1 gram of heroin on June 27 in Findlay.

Stephanie S. Myers, 45, of Findlay, was charged with possession of heroin, a fifth-degree felony, for allegedly having less than 1 gram of heroin on July 8 in Findlay.

Janie K. Zamora, 34, of Findlay, was indicted for aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, for allegedly possessing methamphetamine on July 6 in Findlay.

Brett A. Johnson, 54, of Findlay, was charged with possession of cocaine, a fifth-degree felony, for allegedly having less than 5 grams of cocaine on June 26 in Findlay.
