ARCADIA — A body found Wednesday along the railroad tracks west of Arcadia has been sent to the Lucas County coroner for an autopsy, according to Hancock County Sheriff Mike Heldman.
The body had “been there for some time,” but seems to be male, Heldman said. An identity and cause of death have not been determined.
The sheriff’s office received a call from a railroad employee at 3:21 p.m., he said. The body was recovered along the tracks north of Knollcrest Cemetery.
