A Hancock County grand jury indicted a Findlay resident Tuesday on a first-degree felony charge of possession of cocaine.

Linsay C. Pittman, 32, of 1015 Cedar Ave., also was indicted on two additional charges.

Pittman was charged with a fifth-degree felony count of selling cocaine; and a fourth-degree felony count of possession of a fentanyl-related compound. Fentanyl is a pain-relieving narcotic which is highly addictive.

Dana Ryan II, 27, of Detroit, was indicted on a first-degree felony charge of possession of cocaine.

Ryan also faces three additional charges in the indictment: trafficking in cocaine, a fifth-degree felony; trafficking in a fentanyl-related compound, a fifth-degree felony; possession of a fentanyl-related compound, a fourth-degree felony.

Jeffrey L. Williams, 43, of 502 Clinton Court, was charged with a second-degree felony count of possession of a fentanyl-related compound; and a third-degree felony count of possession of cocaine.

Porshia L. Frisbie, 29, of 502 Clinton Court, was charged with a second-degree felony count of possession of a fentanyl-related compound and a third-degree felony count of possession of cocaine.

David Judge-Terrell Simpson, 21, of Detroit, was indicted with a charge of counterfeiting, a third-degree felony; and possession of criminal tools — a magnetic credit card reader/writer — a fifth-degree felony.

Anthony Robert Thomas Parker, 22, of Detroit, was charged with counterfeiting, a third-degree felony; and possession of criminal tools — a credit card reader/writer — a fifth-degree felony.

Cortez D. Todd, 22, of Detroit, was charged with counterfeiting, a third-degree felony; and possession of criminal tools — a credit card reader/writer — a fifth-degree felony.

Ana M. Hernandez, 25, of 225 George St., was indicted with a charge of aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.

Jared J. Hummel, 27, of Bowling Green, faces three counts of abusing harmful intoxicants, each count a fifth-degree felony. In one alleged incident, Hummel is accused of possessing or using an Aerosol Air Duster with the purpose to induce intoxication or similar physiological effects on Oct. 19 in Findlay. In another count, Hummel is alleged to have possessed or used a Blow Off Air Duster with the purpose to induce intoxication or similar physiological effects on Oct. 26 in Findlay. In the third count, Hummel is alleged to have possessed or used a Home Air Duster with the purpose to induce intoxication or similar physiological effects on Nov. 17 in Findlay.

David M. Roberts, 24, of Detroit, was indicted with a charge of receiving stolen property — a 2019 Chrysler four-door motor vehicle — a fourth-degree felony.

Andrew P. Parkins, 33, of 224½ Lima Ave., was charged with failure to appear in Hancock County Common Pleas Court on Dec. 18 for another case against him involving felonious drug-related charges.

His alleged failure to appear in court is a fourth-degree felony.

Matthew A. Vining, 32, of 1463 Southwood Ave., was charged with a fourth-degree felony count of assault. He is alleged to have physically harmed a Findlay Police Department officer on Saturday.
