A Findlay woman was indicted Tuesday by a Hancock County grand jury on a third-degree felony charge of tampering with evidence.
Shelli K. Parks, 57, of 913 Fox St., was charged with tampering with evidence in an alleged incident involving a glass pipe this month.
She also was charged with two counts of trafficking in cocaine, each count a fourth-degree felony. Parks is alleged to have sold cocaine within 1,000 feet of Findlay High School in August and again in December.
Rachel N. McClellan, 35, of Toledo, faces a four-count indictment: a third-degree felony charge of possession of cocaine; two counts of aggravated possession of drugs, both fifth-degree felonies involving methamphetamines; and a count of possession of cocaine, a fifth-degree felony.
Rudy Y. Barbee Jr., 43, of Toledo, was indicted on a third-degree felony charge of tampering with evidence, involving cocaine.
Barbee also faces three other charges: a fourth-degree felony count of trafficking in cocaine related to an alleged incident within 1,000 feet of Findlay High School last July; and two fifth-degree felony charges, one of trafficking in cocaine and the other possession of cocaine.
Keaton A. Scarlett, 23, of Toledo, was indicted on a third-degree felony charge of tampering with evidence, related to an incident involving methamphetamine. Scarlett also was charged with aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.
Ryan A. Hook, 34, of 742 Davis St., was charged with possession of heroin and aggravated possession of drugs, both fifth-degree felonies.
Bodhi N. Auble, 24, of Tiffin, was charged with improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle, a fourth-degree felony. Auble is alleged to have had a handgun in a manner that made it accessible to the driver or passenger without leaving the vehicle.
Donnell L. Thomas Jr., 31, of Detroit, was charged with two fifth-degree felony counts of illegal processing of drug documents. In each count, Thomas is accused of possessing a forged prescription for codeine.
Jase A. Wisner, 31, of 705 Carnahan Ave., was charged with possession of a fentanyl-related compound, a fifth-degree felony.
The following secret indictments were released Tuesday:
Anthony D. Williams, 42, of 732 College St., faces two charges of trafficking in cocaine, one a fourth-degree felony, the other a fifth-degree felony. They involve alleged incidents in March 2018.
Charles L. Vance Jr., 28, of 528½ N. Cory St., was charged with aggravated trafficking in drugs, a fourth-degree felony, in connection with an alleged incident in August 2017; and trafficking in heroin, a fifth-degree felony, in connection with an alleged incident in October 2017.
Thomas A. Ramsey, 50, of 725 N. Cory St., was charged with aggravated trafficking in drugs, a fourth-degree felony, for an alleged incident last April.
