McCOMB — Allyson Murray has resigned as village administrator in McComb, effective Feb. 29. Murray has accepted the city administrator position with the City of Rossford.

In May, the village announced Murray would become village administrator, effective June 3. She replaced Kevin Siferd.

Murray had served as village administrator for North Baltimore from the fall of 2015 through September 2018 when she left to become the superintendent of utility billing for the city of Westerville. She had also served in the Fostoria administration.

When Murray was hired, about 40 people had submitted resumes for the vacant McComb position, village officials said.

McComb will be accepting resumes for the administrator position online at until 4 p.m. Feb. 21,
