UPPER SANDUSKY — Hannah Missler scored 14 minutes into Tuesday’s match and Van Buren rattled off three more scores in a 4-0 shutout of Upper Sandusky in the North Central Ohio Soccer Association opener for both schools.

Grace Hoerig and Peyton Sendelbach added first-half goals for the Black Knights (2-1-1, 1-0 NCOSA).

Rylee Johnson scored her first career varsity goal 2:50 into the second half and Jewelya Hutchison made a pair of saves for Van Buren. Sendelbach led with two assists.

Cortni Brown stopped eight shots for the Rams (2-4, 0-1).

Alexis Rickenbacher had a hand in every Liberty-Benton goal Tuesday night, scoring three and assisting on the other four, as the Eagles beat Woodmore 7-2 in a nonleague game.

Maya Rickle added two goals and Savanah Richards scored a goal and had two assists for Liberty-Benton.

Claire Rothert scored both goals for Woodmore.

OTTOVILLE — Zoe Chisholm scored twice and assisted on a third goal as Cory-Rawson topped Ottoville 3-1 in Tuesday’s nonleague match.

Aylissa Shoemaker scored the first goal for the Hornets (3-1-1) on a pass from Chisholm at the 52:36 mark. Chisholm scored a pair of unanswered goals late in the second half.

Kasey Knippen scored the Big Green’s (1-2) equalizer at the 66:57 mark. Haley Hoersten chipped in the assist.

COLUMBUS GROVE — Seven players scored one goal apiece for Bluffton and the Pirates’ defense shutout Columbus Grove 7-0 on Tuesday in girls soccer.

Rebekah Hoff and Reagan Mittendorf had one goal and two assists apiece for Bluffton.

The Pirates also got a pair of assists from Kayla White.

FORT JENNINGS — Continental’s Alex Hoeffel, who scored her 100th career goal in Saturday’s win over Delphos Jefferson, got a quick start on her next 100 on Tuesday, scoring six times in the Pirates’ 10-0 Putnam County League win over Fort Jennings.

Jensen Armey, Sierra Prowant, Riley Fenter and Addy Armey scored the other goals for Continental (4-1). The Pirates outshot Fort Jennings 25-3, with Angel Brzozowski getting the shutout in goal.

Reilly Fitzpatrick made seven saves for Fort Jennings (0-4).
