CONTINENTAL — State-ranked Leipsic had no issues with Continental on Tuesday sinking the Pirates 25-12, 25-10, 25-9 in a Putnam County League match.

The Vikings, who remain atop the PCL standings at 3-0, improved to 10-1 overall.

Selena Loredo spearheaded Leipsic’s attack serving a perfect 29 of 29 with five aces and added a team-high 26 assists. Hayley Heitmeyer led with 21 kills and four blocks. Carlee Siefker spiked nine kills with 13 digs and Kacey Dulle’s 14 digs led Leipsic.

Continental, which dropped to 3-9 overall and 0-4 in the PCL, was led by Jessica Stauffer’s 12 digs and seven assists. Mackenzie Rayle chipped in seven digs and led with seven kills.

Jones also served four aces for Calvert (13-1, 7-0 SBC River), while Emma White notched a triple-double with 10 kills, 11 digs and 16 assists. Sophie Burtis matched White’s 16 assists and Shelby Hemminger tallied 15 digs.

Ashlyn Magers paced the Stockaders (11-3, 6-1), who suffered their first conference loss, with 17 digs.

Morgan Miller approached a triple-double with seven kills, 13 digs and 22 assists and Jenna Clouse spiked a team-high 10 kills for Old Fort.

COLUMBUS GROVE — Rylee Sybert and Haley Radabaugh combined for 25 kills and Columbus Grove served for 12 aces on its way to a 25-11, 16-25, 25-22, 31-29 victory over Lincolnview on Tuesday night in nonconference volleyball.

Sybert knocked down 13 kills and Radabaugh recorded 12 as the Bulldogs evened their record at 5-5 while dropping the Lancers to 7-4.

Cassie Heilman notched four of Grove’s aces and matched Peyton Brubaker for the team lead with three blocks. Becca Choi chalked up 27 assists while going 100 of 102 setting and Amy Vorst came up with 17 digs.
