COLUMBUS GROVE — Ottawa-Glandorf’s Brianna Schimmoeller did a little bit of everything as the Titans wrapped up their regular season with a 25-7, 25-11, 25-19 nonconference volleyball win over Columbus Grove on Saturday.

Schimoeller had 15 assists with nine digs and three aces. Taylor Alt slammed 17 kills, Erica Anesser added eight kills and four aces and Claire Eiden and Kendra Ellerbrock chipped in 15 digs and 12 assists, respectively, for the Titans, 21-1 and ranked No. 1 among Ohio’s Division III volleyball programs.

Haley Radabaugh hammered five kills with two blocks to lead Columbus Grove (16-6) at the net. Emily Ridinger had seven digs and Cassie Heilman added a pair of aces.

JUNIOR VARSITY: Ottawa-Glandorf 25-18, 25-15.

McCOMB 3

CAREY 0

McCOMB — Alyssa Herr recorded 16 kills with three blocks and three aces to lead McComb to a 25-16, 25-15, 25-17 nonconference volleyball win against Carey Saturday.

McComb finished the regular season at 16-6 while Carey fell to 10-12.

McComb’s Lauren Grubb registered 28 assists on 56 of 57 setting, six digs and three aces on 17 of 18 serving. Alysha Like added six kills with three blocks, Hannah Schroeder had 12 digs with four kills and two blocks and Shaye Hemminger chipped in 10 digs.

Carey was led by McKenzie Row’s team-high in kills (7) and digs (8).

Ellison Roark matched Row’s eight digs, Sadie Arend aced four serves and Seylor Kin tallied four blocks.

WAYNESFIELD — Tayler Ashburn netted 11 kills with six digs, two blocks and two aces as Riverdale flew past Waynesfield-Goshen 25-9, 25-16, 22-25, 25-12 in a nonconference volleyball match Saturday.

Taylor Sherman served 11 aces with seven digs, Grace Wetherill hammered eight kills with two aces, Tayler Yoder added 24 assists with six digs and Bry Vanden Bosch registered five kills and four digs for the Falcons (7-15).

Waynesfield-Goshen finished the regular season at 3-19.

BLUFFTON — Bluffton’s Katie Prater had 23 digs and a team-high 18 kills as the Pirates outlasted Cory-Rawson 20-25, 25-20, 25-13, 21-25, 15-5 in a nonconference volleyball match Saturday.

Kylie Stackhouse backed Prater at the net with 17 kills. Ameri Siferd dished out 27 assists with 18 digs and three aces, Skyler Scoles had 13 assists and Kylie Monday and Madison Fleece added 19 digs and three aces, respectively, for the Pirates (5-17).

Amanda Green put away 14 kills for Cory-Rawson (8-14), which also got three aces from Alli Garmatter, 14 assists from Maddy Wellington and 13 assists from Riley Garmatter.
