COLUMBUS GROVE — Columbus Grove’s Kenzie King broke the school record with eight 3-pointers, all in the first half, for a game-high 24 points as the Bulldogs topped Pandora-Gilboa 62-16 in a Putnam County League girls basketball game Saturday.

Rylee Sybert added 15 points, four steals and seven assists for the Bulldogs (17-5, 5-2 PCL), who led 46-7 by halftime.

Alexis Augsberger and Lacie Fenstermaker each had five points for P-G (3-19, 0-7).

VANLUE — Vanlue got double-doubles from juniors Emma Biller and Maliah Snook in rolling to a 47-39 girls basketball nonconference win over Lima Perry on Saturday.

Biller, a 5-foot-10 wing, scored 15 points and pulled down 11 rebounds; Snook, a 5-11 center, scored 17 points and grabbed 14 rebounds. Biller also had seven assists for the Wildcats, who ended regular season play at 10-12.

Tia Barfield scored 13 points and Lily Floyd tossed in 12 to lead Perry (2-17).

NEW RIEGEL — New Riegel answered North Baltimore’s game-turning rally with one of its own and held on to beat the Tigers 48-35 in a nonconference girls basketball matchup on Saturday.

North Baltimore used an 11-2 run to go up 23-22 and twice held one-point leads, the last time at 27-26. New Riegel then had an 11-0 rally to regain the lead and never looked back.

New Riegel’s Aubrey Bouillon scored 15 points, Sydney Hohman tossed in 12 and both grabbd six rebounds. Brooklyn Gillig scored nine points and had five assists and five steals in helping the Blue Jackets improve to 10-12.

North Baltimore’s Alivia Light filled her statistical line with 15 points, six rebounds, four assists and three steals. Grace Hagemyer added 12 points and eight rebounds for the Tigers (13-9).

The contest was the final regular season game for both teams, but it may have been a preview as well. New Riegel faces Lakota on Tuesday in a Division IV tournament game at Fremont Ross. A win would set up a rematch with New Riegel in a district quarterfinal matchup.

Mackenzie Vance (four rebounds) had a game-high 17 points while Olivia Thompson added 11 points and five steals for the Patriots (10-2, 4-3 NWOAL).

Kennedi Keifer tallied 11 points to lead the Vikings (9-12, 2-5), who scored 18 of their 27 points in the second quarter.

FOSTORIA — Fostoria High School trailed only 22-15 at halftime, but fell further behind as Lake took the second half 37-15 to prevail 59-30 and earn a share of the Northern Buckeye Conference girls basketball title on Saturday.

Tyriana Settles scored 10 points to lead the Lady Red, who fell to 6-15 overall, 2-11 in the NBC. Rubi Dessausure added seven points.

Lexi Robinson tallied a game-high 24 points for Lake, which shares the NBC title with Elmwood (17-5, 10-4) and Eastwood (16-5, 10-4).
