Columbus Grove’s Grayson Flores put on a shooting show Sunday, draining 10 3-pointers and finishing with 36 points, to lead the Putnam County League boys all-stars to a 132-99 win over the Blanchard Valley Conference all-stars at the University of Findlay’s Croy Gymnasium.
In the girls game, Liberty-Benton’s Sammy Shardo scored a team-high 18 points as the BVC defeated the PCL 78-62.
The PCL boys connected for 30 3-pointers. Pandora-Gilboa’s Jared Breece hit four and had 20 points, and Leipsic’s Ty Hiegel also had four treys and scored 14 points. Kalida’s Grant Laudick scored 17 points and P-G’s Riley Larcom added 10 points.
Riverdale’s Alec Loveridge led the BVC with 17 points. Van Buren’s Connor Ohlrich had 13 points, with Cory-Rawson’s Kyle Schultz and Arcadia’s Eli Palmer scoring 12 points each. McComb’s Tyler Durfey and Tanner Schroeder both scored 10 points.
Shardo had four 3-pointers to pace the BVC girls. L-B’s Savanah Richards scored 12 points, with North Baltimore’s Alivia Light, Riverdale’s Brooke Kuenzli and Arlington’s Jenna Pepple each adding nine points.
Leipsic’s Claire Rigel scored a game-high 19 points for the PCL girls. Columbus Grove’s Rylee Sybert had night points, with Ottoville’s Brynlee Hanneman, Miller City’s Kylie Berner and Ottoville’s Haley Hoersten chipping in eight points each.
