MCGUFFEY — Riverdale’s Alyssa Tackett was a four-time winner Thursday, and teammate Kendra Collier added three wins to lead the Falcons to the girls team championship at the Upper Scioto Valley Invitational.

McComb’s Kheaghan Loe and Robert O’Dell were triple winners, and Kavon Bailey and Tyler Durfey both won two events as the Panthers claimed the boys team championship.

Riverdale’s girls scored 196 points, ahead of Ada (106) and Allen East (72). Hardin Northern (56) was fifth and McComb (54) sixth.

Tackett won the 100-meter dash (13.50) and the 200 (28.80). Tackett joined Tayler Ashburn, Haley Frey and Stella Phillips to win the 400 relay (54.50); and Ashburn, Frey and Callie Sudlow to win the 800 relay (1:58.80).

Collier won the 800 (2:42.30), the 1,600 (6:02.60), and joined Juleigha Collier, Makena Barnes and Paige Rothlisberger to win the 3,200 relay (11:32.00). Barnes won the 3,200 (14:52.00).

Ada’s Brenna Dishong was a double winner, taking the 400 (1:05.70) and joining Courtney McLaughlin, Anabel Alexander and Olivia Green to win the 1,600 relay (4:34.70).

McComb’s Marah Griffith won the high jump (5-0) and teammate Hannah Schroeder won the long jump (13-63/4).

McComb’s boys scored 1491/2 points, ahead of Ada (118), Hardin Northern (89) and Riverdale (761/2).

McComb got victories in individual events from Bailey in the 100 (11.60), Loe in the 200 (24.50), O’Dell in the 100 high hurdles (16.50), Ryan Montague in the high jump (5-10) and Eli Franks in the shot put (38-10).

Loe, O’Dell, Bailey and Tanner Schroeder won the 400 relay (46.70); Loe, O’Dell, Durfey and Ishia Reza won the 800 relay (1:38.50); and Durfey, Justin Rode, Aaron Rider and Diego Escalante won the 3,200 relay (9:08.10).

Ada got two event wins from Alex Morgan, Miguel Jordan, Michael Crouse and Phillip Gautier.

Jordan won the 800 (2:06.10) and teamed with Morgan, Gautier and Crouse to win the 1,600 relay (3:41.30).

Crouse won the 400 (54.10), Morgan took the 300 intermediate hurdles (43.70) and Gautier won the long jump (19-41/2).
