Carey’s McKenzie Row was the area’s lone first-teamer as the Ohio High School Volleyball Coaches Association released its District 6 honorees for all four divisions.

Row, a 5-foot-7 senior, landed on the first team for Division III after leading the Blue Devils with 268 kills in 890 attempts with 141 hitting errors. She also amassed 345 digs.

Hopewell-Loudon’s Peyton Hoover was a Division III second-team selection.

She tallied 130 kills, 38 aces and 317 digs for the Chieftains.

Upper Sandusky’s Jadyn Smalley was a third-teamer in Division III.

She led the Northern 10 Conference with 517 digs and made only 59 errors in 601 serve receptions (91 percent).

Carey’s Emma Wagner, Hopewell-Loudon’s Abbi Roerdink and Fostoria’s Zoe Rice were each honorable mentions for Division III.

Wagner was second in the N10 with 628 assists to only 16 errors.

Roerdink racked up 468 assists in 1,291 attempts with 16 errors. She also chipped in 43 kills, 119 digs and 29 blocks.

Rice collected 100 kills in 335 chances with 45 errors. She also served up 45 aces and made 197 digs.
