SYLVANIA — Findlay High’s hockey team finished the Cold Turkey Tournament on Sunday with a 6-3 loss to Gates Mills Gilmour Academy, giving the Trojans a 1-2-1 record in the tournament played at Tam-O-Shanter Arena.

Findlay (2-3-1) followed Friday’s 4-1 victory over St. Andrew College (Ontario) with a 4-4 tie against Newark on Saturday, followed by a 6-1 loss Saturday to Gates Mills Gilmour.

“Being that we’re a very young team, we continue to make improvements every game,” Findlay coach Benjamin Patey said. “I’m excited and pleased with the progress we’ve made to date. This team is eager to learn and improve.”

Findlay hosts Toledo St. John’s at 7 p.m. Friday at plays Saturday at Sylvania Northview in an 8 p.m. faceoff.
