Gavin Carey and Evan Young each had 14 points, Mason Vent scored 13 points and Cameron McCreary added 10 points for Upper Sandusky (18-1, 13-0 N10).

Jake Siesel had 10 points for Seneca East (6-13, 4-11 N10).
