BOWLING GREEN — Wood County Sheriff’s Office will conduct increased patrols during prom and graduation seasons, funded by a state Traffic Safety Office grant. The additional patrols will continue through May 31.

Deputies will look for violations, particularly: driving under the influence, failure to yield, and speeding, which are factors in fatal accidents.

There will be zero tolerance for driving under the influence and seat belt violations.
