The program “Conjunction of Venus & Jupiter” will be presented by Hancock Park District staff at 1:30 p.m. Sunday in the portable planetarium set up in the Discovery Center at Oakwoods Nature Preserve.

The two planets will have the same celestial longitude, or be close to each other, in the night sky. Participants must sit on the floor.

The family program is free, but because of limited seating, registration is required by 10:30 a.m. Sunday online at www.HancockParks.com under “Programs & Activities”.

There is a maximum of 25 participants.

For more information, call the park district office at 419-425-7275.
