Max E. Hutton, age 79, of Findlay, died at 6:08 p.m. on Thursday, November 30, 2017 at Blanchard Valley Hospital. He was born on May 25, 1938, in Findlay, Ohio to the late Edward W. and Hazel I. (Casteel) Hutton. He married Eileen Kay Criss on June 25, 1967 and she died on January 22, 2003.
He is survived by his son: David W. (Doreen A.) Hutton and his daughter: Debra K. (Paul) Hosler, both of Findlay, as well as two grandchildren: Sierra and Kaylyn Hutton. Max was the last living sibling with 6 brothers: T. Lee, Richard C., Edward W. Jr., Joe R., Franklin C., and James R. and 1 sister: Helen L. Roberts all preceding him in death.
Max retired in 2000 as an electrician for Centrex Corporation. He was a member of the College First Church of God, an avid motorcycle rider and coin collector. His first love was for his family, especially his granddaughters and his dog, Abby.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 4, 2017 from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at COLDREN-CRATES FUNERAL HOME in Findlay.
Funeral services will be held at the conclusion of the visitation on Monday at 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Pastor William Reist will officiate and interment will follow at Maple Grove Cemetery.
