SEBRING, Fla. — Kit Corbin, 58, of Sebring, FL and formerly of Findlay, a blessing from God returned to the loving arms of his Lord Jesus at 4:38 a.m., Monday, January 8, 2018, at the Florida Hospital, Sebring, FL. Kit shared God’s love to everyone who knew him by bringing, smiles, love and sunshine to all who had the privilege of knowing him.
Kit was born on September 15, 1959, in Findlay to Richard, Sr. and Millie (Roeber) Corbin, and they survive in Sebring, FL; his brothers: Richard (Tammy) Corbin, Jr. of Polk City, FL, Michael (Lisa) Corbin of Warren, PA and Scott (Lisa) Corbin of Holland, MI; his sisters: Julia (George) Holmes of Avon Park, FL and Donnetta “Dee” Corbin of Findlay; several nieces and nephews, as well as many great-nieces and great-nephews.
Kit had attended Blanchard Valley Center in Findlay. He was an active participant in the Special Olympics for many years. He was a member of Trinity Baptist Church, Findlay.
A special thank you to his personal hairdresser, Connie Burton, for keeping Kit looking handsome. Kit’s love of country music especially his interest in Hee Haw and love for Dolly Parton ends with,
“He loved the time he spent with you
to share a song and a laugh or two
may your pleasures be many your troubles be few

A funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Thursday, January 18, 2018, at COLDREN-CRATES FUNERAL HOME, Findlay, with Pastor David Clark officiating. Burial will be in Knollcrest Gardens, east of Findlay.
Visitation will be held from 5:00-7:00 p.m., Wednesday at COLDREN-CRATES FUNERAL HOME, and 2 hours (11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.) prior to the service Thursday at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Special Olympics.
