Arlis A. Perkins, 81, passed away Friday morning, March 23, 2018 at the Bridge Hospice Care Center, Findlay. He was born on June 24, 1936 to the late Floyd and Lillie (Mullins) Perkins.
Arlis is survived by his brothers: Carl (Loretta) Perkins of Forest, Burton (Wendy) Perkins of Upper Sandusky, Benson (Linda) Perkins of Carey, and Allen Perkins of Sycamore; his sisters: Phyllis Hatch of Fostoria, Marilyn (Ed) Stevens of Findlay, and Carol Ann (Dan) Craft of New Port Richey, FL; his sister-in-law: Connie Perkins; and his special friend: Shirley Hutchison of North Baltimore.
Arlis was preceded in death by his brothers: Bill Perkins and Ellis Perkins; his sisters-in-law: Lynetta Perkins and Lynette Perkins; and his brother-in-law: David Hatch.
Arlis graduated from Wharton High School in 1954 and retired from Hancor.
He was an avid sportsman.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 28, 2018 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at COLDREN-CRATES FUNERAL HOME, Findlay, where a funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. and full military rites will be conducted by the Hancock County Veterans Memorial Squad. Reverend William Bentley will officiate. Memorial contributions may be made to Bridge Home Health & Hospice and/or the American Cancer Society.
