Patricia Kay Rader, 60, of Findlay, passed away at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, January 2, 2020, at The Heritage in Findlay. She was born on October 5, 1959, in Findlay to Clyde W. and Mary Ellen (Slaughterbeck) Rader.
Patricia graduated from McComb High School, and from the University of Findlay with a BA in Education. She was a teacher at Carden Basic School.
She also had worked as the Children’s Librarian at the McComb Public Library, and as a Cashier at Walmart. Patricia was a member of the McComb Presbyterian Church.
Patricia is survived by her mother, Mary Ellen Rader of Findlay; her brother, Joe W. (Rebecca) Rader of Findlay; her sister, Jill E. (Keith) Hendricks of Vanlue; nieces and nephews: Amy (Stacey) Schubert, Stacey Corso, Ellie (Austin) Force, Emily Rader, and Theodore Rader; great-nieces and nephews: Mackenzie, Spencer, and Sophie Evans, Oliver, Henry, and Libby Force, Gabby Alexson, and Lola Barnes. She was preceded in death by her father, Clyde W. Rader; and her sister, Linda A. Rader.
The family would like to thank the staff at The Heritage and Bridge Hospice for all of the special care they provided to Patricia.
A memorial service will be held at Knollcrest Gardens at a later date.
