Temperatures plunged Tuesday, but outside workers still had to … work outside. Stephanie Knell was bundled up as she did flagger work for Mid-Ohio Pipeline, which was doing a project with Columbia Gas along Findlay’s North Cory Street. Following Monday’s snowstorm, Findlay’s high temperature Tuesday was 24 degrees. A 10-degree low temperature Tuesday night set a Findlay record for the date.
