Citizens gathered Wednesday morning for a brief ceremony at the All Patriots Memorial in downtown Tiffin to commemorate the 18th anniversary of the Sept. 11, 2001, attacks on America that killed nearly 3,000 people. The permanent memorial in Tiffin includes a section of steel from one of the two World Trade Center towers in New York City. The towers collapsed after terrorists flew jetliners into the buildings.
