The following incidents were reported Wednesday:
A nurse was kicked by a male patient at Blanchard Valley Hospital.
Domestic disputes were investigated at residences on Fair Street, Selby Street and Monroe Avenue.
A phone was reported stolen from 713 College St.
A sexual assault was investigated at a northeast side home.
Keys were stolen from a man’s pants pocket while he was at the YMCA, 300 E. Lincoln St.
Two computers were stolen from 1161 W. Trenton Ave.
The following incidents were reported Thursday:
Deputies investigated a report of a non-consensual sexual encounter at a north end residence. A car/deer accident was reported near the intersection of County Road 40 and U.S. 68.
