The following incidents were reported Sunday:

Children at a residence in the 800 block of Cory Street were being abused and neglected.

A domestic disturbance occurred at a residence in the 100 block of Springbrook Drive.

A tractor-trailer was broken into in the 1500 block of Harvard Avenue.

A garage door was smashed in at 210 Western Ave.

An Eastshore Drive man was being harassed by another man via text message.

Rocks were thrown at a female’s car in the 600 block of Rockwell Avenue. A male also grabbed her by the hair and dumped beer on her.

A neighbor’s dog kept coming to a residence in the 1400 block of South Blanchard Street and fighting with the dogs there.

A car was scratched with a key in the 500 block of West Trenton Avenue.

Teenagers were doing donuts in a John Deere Gator in the Donnell Stadium parking lot.

A South Blanchard Street woman received a harassing text message from a man.

A female was throwing things at a male in the 1200 block of Fostoria Avenue. The female also had something in her hand that she was waving at the male in a threatening way.

Barking dogs, which had been left outside for hours in the 400 block of Fifth Street, were bothering neighbors.

A fight occurred in the 200 block of Stanley Avenue.

A domestic disturbance occurred at a residence in the 200 block of West Front Street.

Sheriff’s Office

A domestic disturbance occurred at a Hancock County 203 residence.

An Arcadia woman received harassing phone calls from a man.
