Ordinance approved 9-0. 2026‑056, third reading, authorizing the city to seek bids and enter three‑year leases beginning in 2027 for about 181 acres near the airport, 64 acres near the reservoirs and 23 acres on Carlin Street, and declaring an emergency. The funds being appropriated will cover the consulting fee for preliminary design and preparation of the grant submission.
