Local graduates earn scholarships at Baldwin Wallace

Local graduates were among more than 400 first-year students welcomed to Baldwin Wallace University's campus this fall. Baldwin Wallace's merit scholarships are awarded to full-time students and are renewable up to four years with good academic and social standing.The following area students were awarded merit scholarships:• Aubrey Baumler of Huron High School and Daniel Ruffing of St. Paul High School each earned a $16,000 Presidential scholarship.• Kasi Didion of Perkins High School earned a $14,000 Trustees scholarship.• These students earned a $12,000 Dean's scholarship: Hailey Blankenship of Firelands High School, Alexis Koeth of Vermilion High School, Lauren Martello of Sandusky High School, Faith Roop of Ashland High School, Jenna Strayer of Bellevue High School and Robin Terschak of Vermilion High School.
