USA Turns 250 A milestone, and a source of great pride, Amid a country where all could thrive, A day for grand festivity, To celebrate a birthday— USA turns 250! From Orlando to Nevada, From the Rocky Mountains to the ocean's shore, From Mount Rushmore to Washington, Celebrating July 4th in unity and freedom. USA turns 250! Every act of effort and hard work, By those who stood for liberty, Creating history that lives on, In the shape of victory— USA turns 250! All rivers, valleys, and fields anew, Seem clothed in the flag's red, white, and blue, An illustrious and widespread identity, We remember with great dignity— USA turns 250! Neetu Kumari Singh Findlay 250 YearsOur ancestors came across the oceanFleeing from Britain where they had beenHoping for freedom and peaceWhere tyranny would finally ceaseA journey of danger and perilIn ships that were tiny and narrowIn death traps for many many monthsAa a floating fish lunchPeople born and died in their journeyFreedom was their driving force you seeWe whine and cry over stupid little thingsForgetting faith, fortitude and a deep will to be freeDrove their suffering across the seaThen after they finally got hereThe weather, bugs, animals and Indians were more to fearThese were strong people that knew God would deliver themEvery day they would stop, worship God in prayer and hymnThey asked God for every decision they had to makeThey knew God held their very fateEven fighting the British there were miraclesA Revolution to separate from Britain and make their own rulesNow we are asked to throw their suffering and pain awayLetting sin, corruption and not bothering to prayOnly God can save our nationFrom an evil slowly threatening our cavillationStudy, listen and vote the very best oneKhrushchev was right, the U.S., will destroy itself from withinA socialist life will surly be our endOur ancestors lives and perils are trusting you my friendTo vote for freedom, remembering they suffered and died in 1776Now in 2026 turning to God in Prayer is an easy fix!
