Fort Findlay Playhouse to present 'Into the Woods'

The Fort Findlay Playhouse presents the opening production of their 2026/27 Main Stage season, "Into the Woods", running Thursdays through Sundays from July 30 to Aug. 16. From the playhouse synopsis: when a baker and his wife set out to lift a family curse, they cross paths with Cinderella, Little Red Riding Hood, Jack, and Rapunzel. Wishes are granted, lessons are learned, and the characters discover that every choice has consequences, as happily-ever-afters are far more complicated than they seem. James Lapine's book and Stephen Sondheim's music and lyrics take everyone's favorite storybook characters and bring them together for a timeless, yet relevant, piece... and a rare modern classic. Into the Woods is directed by Jordan Gottschalk with support from producer Crystal Willford, Music Director Laura Dyer and choreographer Elizabeth Huffman. The show is produced in association with Music Theatre International. Show times are 8 p.m. on Thursdays, Fridays & Saturdays and 3 p.m. on Sundays.
