"Who ... What ... and Where" exhibit by Dennis Zimmerman going live FINDLAY — The Findlay Art League will host a reception for watercolor artist Dennis Zimmerman. The event will be held from 6-8 p.m. Friday, Sept. 4 in the gallery at 117 W. Crawford St. His exhibit will be on display through Sept. 24. Zimmerman is a signature member of the Ohio Watercolor Society (OWS), past president of the Worthington Area Art League and a current member of the Findlay Art League. He has had his artwork selected for several of the OWS exhibitions and has won several awards. He has twice won 1st place in Findlay Art League shows. His paintings are available for sale. Findlay to host Fall Family Fun Day at Camp Berry FINDLAY — Families from across Northwest Ohio are invited to explore the outdoors during Fall Family Fun Day from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sept. 12 at Camp Berry, 1716 CR 40, Findlay. Hosted by the Black Swamp Area Council of Scouting America, the free public event will feature activities including target sports, fishing, climbing, yard games and a trading post. The event is designed to introduce families to Scouting and provide hands-on outdoor experiences for youth. Advance registration is encouraged, but walk-ins are welcome.
