Docket From the public records of the Findlay Police Department and the Hancock County Sheriff’s Office: Police Department The following incidents were reported Sunday: A domestic dispute was reported at a Scott Avenue residence. Neighbors were heard yelling and screaming. A woman and her boyfriend were involved in a domestic incident at a Washington Avenue home. A report of possible gunfire and screaming was taken on Franklin Avenue. Upon investigation, the sounds were coming from music. A Dayton Avenue resident reported that a man walked into the house, demanded to know how many children were in the house then walked back outside. A mother and daughter were fighting on Broad Avenue. A phone was broken during a domestic altercation on Harrington Avenue. Someone spray-painted the side of a building at 224 W. Crawford St. A fake $20 bill was found in the trash at a North Main Street business. An intoxicated person was reported to be walking on the University of Findlay campus. A woman left Meijer, 2200 Tiffin Ave., without paying for clothing and other items. Police took a report of a man spanking a small child at Kroger, 1996 Tiffin Ave. People told him to stop and he said “It’s my child and I will hit her if I want.” A man was taken to Blanchard Valley Hospital with injuries he received from being assaulted by his roommate at a Glen Haven Court residence. A Larkins Street resident reported that a neighbor is working on his car and has parts all over the resident’s yard. A North Main Street residence said he had been hearing fireworks all day and then a loud boom that shook his house. A case of child abuse was reported to police. A little girl told a Findlay woman that she was afraid to go home. A man was bothering customers and asking for money at Dietsch Brothers, 400 W. Main Cross St. A neighbor complained that a North Main Street man was yelling and playing loud music. A burglary was reported at a residence on Fox Street. A brick was thrown through a window, and items were stolen from a shed. Two men were fighting on Aberdeen Drive. Damage was reported at 813 Milton St. Someone tried to drag a WaveRunner from the property and put a hole in the siding of the house. Suspicious activity was reported on Barnett Street. A man riding a black mountain bike was riding around the area, yelling loudly and threatening “to slit someone’s throat if he doesn’t get his money back.” A domestic dispute was reported at an Inglewood Avenue address. A neighbor reported that fireworks were being set off in the 500 block of West Lincoln Street. A domestic incident was reported at a Findlay home. A woman was trespassing at the City Mission, 510 W. Main Cross St. A neighbor complained about loud music on Vincent Street. Sheriff’s Office The following incidents were reported Sunday: A speed limit sign on County Road 12, Rawson, was vandalized. The words “Black lives matter” were spray-painted on the sign. A hay wagon was reported stolen from 16524 Ohio 568. A welfare check was requested on a student at Cory-Rawson following comments he made on online. The words “kids welcome” was spray-painted on Powell Lane in Rawson. Wood, Findlay, aggravated disorderly conduct, fine $150; 30 jail days, 30 suspended. Janie K. Zamora, Findlay, drug abuse instruments, fine $250, 90 jail days, 90 suspended. Adam J. Beach, Arlington, reckless operation, fine $250; 30 jail days, 23 suspended. Paul A. Hazelton, Findlay, aggravated disorderly conduct, fine $250; 30 jail days, 30 suspended; drug paraphernalia, fine $150; 30 jail days, 28 suspended. Matthew D.
