GVS Filtration to produce respirators

GVS Filtration's Findlay plant will be producing over $23 million in N99 respirators for the U.S. Health and Human Services Department. The respirators previously have been made at GVS facilities overseas. "We must do all that we can to ensure people in Ohio and across the country can access the personal protective equipment (PPE) they need as we reopen our economy," said U.S. Rep. Bob Latta, R-Bowling Green, who reported the shift in production to the Findlay plant, which is located at 2150 Industrial Drive. "The devastating spread of the coronavirus changed the way we interact with each other, and companies like GVS Filtration Inc. have the capability to produce mass quantities of supplies right here in Ohio that will help people and businesses protect themselves from the spread of infection. Shifting the manufacturing of N99 respirators to Findlay will benefit the residents of the 5th Congressional District by boosting our local economy."
