Ada woman killed in accident

LIMA — An Ada woman was killed and three other people were injured in a three-vehicle collision on Ohio 309, east of Lima, Wednesday evening, the Lima post of the State Highway Patrol reported. Barbara Lamb, 30, of Ada, was pronounced dead at Lima Memorial Hospital where she was taken after the 5:11 p.m. accident, according to the patrol. Lamb was driving a 2013 Ford C-Max east on Ohio 309 near Thayer Road when her car went left of center into incoming traffic and collided with a westbound 2012 Ford Taurus driven by Dystiny Marshall, 28, of McGuffy, the patrol reported. After impact, the Taurus left the north side of the road, and the C-Max struck a westbound 2017 Honda CR-V driven by April Fisher, 42, of Alger. A passenger in the Lamb vehicle, Ryan Lamb, 36, of Ada, was taken by Perry Township EMS to Lima Memorial for treatment of serious injuries, according to the patrol. Marshall also was seriously injured and was taken by the Lima Fire Department to Lima Memorial. Fisher was treated at the scene for minor injuries. Assisting at the scene were the Allen County Sheriff's Office, Allen County Coroner's Office, Bath Township Fire, Perry Township Fire, the Lima Fire Department, Big Daddy's Towing, Army's Towing and Minich's Towing.
