Findlay man indicted on 6 obscenity charges

A Findlay man was indicted Tuesday on multiple counts for possessing sexual material involving a minor. Joshua M. Rebarchek, 40, of 209 E. Hobart Ave., was charged with two counts of pandering obscenity involving a minor, each a second-degree felony; two counts of pandering sexually oriented material involving a minor, each a fourth-degree felony; two counts of illegal use of a minor in a nudity-oriented performance, a fifth-degree felony; and one count of domestic violence, a fourth degree felony. The incidents of sexual material involving a minor took place between March 17 and April 26, all in Union Township. The incident of domestic violence occurred on April 29 in Union Township. Rebarchek was previously convicted of domestic violence by the Findlay Municipal Court in November of 2001. In other indictments issued Tuesday, James R. Eickemeyer, 39, of Marysville, was indicted for robbery, a second-degree felony. Eickemeyer allegedly displayed a gun while robbing Chase Bank on Tiffin Avenue on May 23. He has also been charged in Toledo Municipal Court for aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon, for allegedly robbing a Huntington National Bank in Toledo. Ray A. Nye, 51, of Lima, was indicted for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, a drug of abuse, or a combination of the two, a third-degree felony. The alleged incident occurred on July 9 in Findlay. Nye has previously been found guilty by Hancock County Common Pleas Court of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol in 2014, 2009 and 2007, and was also indicted with the charge on May 26. He has also been convicted of driving while under the influence in Findlay Municipal Court in 1993, 1995, 2000, 2003 and 2006. Jared D. Saam, 35, address unknown, was indicted for tampering with evidence, a third-degree felony. Saam is alleged to have altered, destroyed, concealed or removed any record of possessing methamphetamine with the intent of impairing its value to an investigation he knew was in progress. The alleged incident occurred on July 11 in Findlay. Thomas Crowe Jr., 34, of 1121 Summit St., was indicted for failure to comply with an order or signal from a police officer, a third-degree felony. The alleged incident occurred on July 5 in Findlay. John T. Dadisman, 27, address unknown, was indicted for failure to appear in the Hancock County Court of Common Pleas, a fourth-degree felony. The alleged incident occurred on June 29. Erica A. Dunbar, 26, of 2037 Park St., was indicted for failure to appear in the Hancock County Court of Common Pleas, a fourth-degree felony. The alleged incident occurred on June 25.
