Man indicted with felony drug offense

A Findlay man was indicted by a Hancock County grand jury this week, accusing him of a first-degree felony drug offense. Kevin M. Delarosa, 36, of 440 Winthrop Drive #24, was charged with a first-degree felony count of possession of a fentanyl-related compound. Other indictments include: • Ronald H. Givens Jr., 42, of Alger, was charged with a second-degree felony count of aggravated trafficking in drugs. • Anthony A. Wilson, 40, of an unknown address, was charged with a third-degree felony count of aggravated trafficking in drugs. • Justyn D. Crowley, 22, of Springfield, was charged with a third-degree felony count of possession of marihuana; and a fifth-degree felony count of aggravated possession of drugs. • Mohammad R. Chaudhry, 21, of Springfield, was charged with a third-degree felony count of possession of marihuana. • Tremell De Wayne Foster, 45, of 600 Frazer St., Apt. A, was charged with a third-degree felony count of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, a drug of abuse, or a combination of them, having been previously convicted of a felony count of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol in 2017. • Gage M. Watson, 21, of 316 McManness Ave., was charged with improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle, a fourth-degree felony. • David M. Rathburn, 22, of Deshler, was charged with improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle, a fourth-degree felony. • Jamie K. Zamora, 36, of 132½ Monroe Ave., was charged with failure to appear in court for another case, a fourth-degree felony. • Michael W. Biltoft, 43, of 821 Skyview Drive, was charged with failure to appear in court for another case, a fourth-degree felony. • Rebecca C. Evans, 41, of an unknown address, was charged with possession of a fentanyl-related compound and aggravated possession of drugs, both fifth-degree felonies. • Zachary M. Davis, 28, of 11502 Hancock County 252, was charged with aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.
