Daniel 'Dan' B. Menerey

Dan Menerey, Vice President of Brand Advertising at JP Morgan Chase and resident of Westerville, OH, died on January 15, 2021, at the age of 66. He is preceded in death by his parents Robert S. Menerey and Mary Ann Menerey. He is survived by his siblings Dawn Ramsey (Ray-deceased); Dennis (Carla) Menerey; Douglas Menerey; Darryl (Linda) Menerey; Dana Menerey; his nieces and nephews, Tiffany Taylor (nee Ramsey); Ray-Garrett Ramsey, Brittany Busse (nee Ramsey); Catelen Ramsey; Alicia Frakes (nee Menerey); Derek Menerey; Venessa Menerey; Evan Menerey; and many great nieces and nephews. Dan was born on January 9, 1955, at Highland Park General Hospital near the family home in Dearborn, Michigan. He graduated from Findlay High School in 1973 and was a member of the swim team. Following high school, Dan attended the Ohio State University where he earned his bachelor's degree. Dan worked his way up through the commercial banking industry. He was a longtime employee of J.P. Morgan Chase where his latest role focused on high level marketing and advertising strategy for national and international markets. Dan was lucky to have close friends with whom he shared his fondness for antiques, collectibles, fine food and Ohio State Buckeyes football. He was a supporter of the arts through Broadway musical productions. Dan had a generous heart, especially with loved ones and always hosted an indulgent Christmas Eve feast for his entire family. He enjoyed traveling and had the opportunity to experience many other cities, countries and cultures. The family is planning a future private memorial service.
