DOLA — Owen Wetherill, Nevin Robson and Luke Wilson combined for 50 points in leading Hardin Northern to a 64-49 win over Allen East. Wetherill scored 19 points, Robson had a 16-point, 16-rebound double-double and Wilson was 4-of-5 from 3-point range and tossed in 15 points. Hardin Northern (8-7) trailed 12-9 after one period of play, but blitzed the Mustangs 40-21 over the second and third quarters. BALTIMORE 59 NORTH BALTIMORE — Pandora-Gilboa broke a 32-32 halftime tie with a slight edge in the third quarter and won it with a big advantage in the fourth in beating North Baltimore 71-59 on Saturday and remain the only unbeaten team in the Blanchard Valley Conference boys basketball standings. Ethan Luginbill pumped in 19 points but it was overall depth that helped P-G outscore North Baltimore 20-16 in the third quarter and 19-11 in the fourth. Will Huffman had 10 points, Bryce Basinger and Dillan Krohn added eight each, Eli Huffman netted seven and Aidan Morris six as P-G, 7-6 overall, climbed to 6-0 in the BVC. The Rockets face a key league game on Friday when they travel to Liberty-Benton to take on the Eagles (6-6, 4-1 BVC). Caidan Phillips had 18 points and Mitch Clark scored 12 for North Baltimore. Grant Bacon had a huge night for Cory-Rawson, 6-4 overall and 4-1 in the BVC. The 6-foot-2 senior scored 24 points and grabbed a game-high 15 rebounds. Leo Miracle knocked down three 3-pointers and added 12 points for the Hornets. Andrew Kuenzli led Riverdale with 12 points. The Falcons (7-5) were looking to remain among the league leaders but were outscored 15-8 in the second quarter and 17-10 in the fourth in dropping to 4-2 in the league.
