Alzheimer's Association offers virtual programs

The Alzheimer's Association, Northwest Ohio Chapter, has announced its next group of virtual education programs to help the community and families impacted by the disease. Programs include: • Wednesday: 10 Warning Signs of Alzheimer's, 11 a.m.; Effective Communication Strategies, 6:30 p.m. • Thursday: Living with Alzheimer's - Younger Onset, 3 p.m. • Monday: 10 Warning Signs of Alzheimer's, 2 p.m. • March 2: Dementia Conversations, 3 p.m.; Effective Communication Strategies, 4:30 p.m. • March 3: 10 Warning Signs of Alzheimer's, 11 a.m. • March 4: Effective Communication Strategies, 5 p.m. • March 8: Understanding and Responding to Dementia-Related Behavior, 1 p.m. • March 9: Understanding Alzheimer's and Dementia, 3 p.m. • March 11: Living with Alzheimer's, Late Stage, part 1: 3:30 p.m. • March 12: Healthy Living for Brain and Body, 1 p.m. All programs are free and open to the public.
