Michael Hennigan, Marathon Petroleum Corp.'s chief executive officer, earned $15.5 million in 2020, the company reported. Hennigan took the helm as chief executive officer last spring. Before that, he was chief executive officer of MPLX, Marathon's logistics, storage and natural gas processing subsidiary. In 2019, Hennigan earned a total of $7.7 million.
