Three charged with assaulting man

Three men were indicted recently by a Hancock County grand jury in an alleged assault of a man on May 16 in Findlay. Ramon F. Sierra, 29, of 608 Frazer St., Santino A. Ortega, 29, of 721 S. Blanchard St., and Salvador S. Mendez, 33, of McComb, were each charged with a second-degree felony count of felonious assault. In other indictments issued recently: Heather R. Cox, 31, of Kenton, was charged with aggravated possession of drugs, a second-degree felony; and possession of cocaine, a third-degree felony. Nam Q. Pham, 40, of Huntington, West Virginia, was charged with a third-degree felony count of possession of marijuana; and a fifth-degree felony count of aggravated possession of drugs. Kari E. McDonald, 34, of Kenton, was charged with aggravated possession of drugs, a third-degree felony. Damien J. Eaken, 24, of 1410 Park St., was charged with patient abuse, a fourth-degree felony. Eaken's indictment alleges that he abused a resident or patient of a care facility in Findlay last January. Zachary S. Deal, 29, of 2420 Jennifer Lane, Apt. F, was charged with a fourth-degree felony count of domestic violence. Richard L. Clagg, 29, of 1030 Oakdale Drive, was charged with a fourth-degree felony count of domestic violence. Erin D. Sherman, 21, of Columbus, was charged with improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle, a fourth-degree felony. Courtney J. Ankney, 23, of Napoleon, was charged with improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle, a fourth-degree felony. Marlon L. Henderson, 41, of Toledo, was charged with improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle, a fourth-degree felony. Sarah R. Bosse, 35, of 339 Wilson St., was charged with aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony; and possession of a fentanyl-related compound, a fifth-degree felony. Jaesun J. Bame, 29, of 528 S. Blanchard St., was charged with violating the terms of a domestic violence civil protection order, a fifth-degree felony. Mykel A. Barciz, 34, of 740 Davis St., was charged with two fifth-degree felony counts of aggravated possession of drugs. Samantha R. Clayton, 34, of North Baltimore, was charged with two fifth-degree felony counts of aggravated possession of drugs. Brian K. Loe, 36, of North Baltimore, was charged with a fifth-degree felony count of aggravated possession of drugs. Austin M. Groves, 26, of 627 Carnahan Ave., was charged with possession of a fentanyl-related compound, a fifth-degree felony. Johnny J. Walker, 46, of 2525 Aberdeen Drive, was charged with aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony. Ashley M. VanWormer, 43, of 1917 Geffs Ave., was charged with possession of cocaine, a fifth-degree felony. Stanley T. Curry, 38, of Columbus, was charged with possession of cocaine, a fifth-degree felony.
