Woman charged with theft from elderly man

A Findlay woman was indicted by a Hancock County grand jury this week charging her with theft from an elderly man. Angela Gallegos, 56, of 421 Oakland Ave., was charged with a third-degree felony count of theft from a person in a protected class. The indictment alleges that Gallegos exerted control of cash beyond the scope or consent of the elderly Findlay man who owned the money. Michael L. Hickle Jr., 35, of 131 Monroe Ave., was charged with an attempt to commit tampering with evidence, a fourth-degree felony; and possession of a fentanyl-related compound, a fifth-degree felony. Jodi M. Ferdinandsen, 60, of 1515 Lippincott Ave., was charged with failure to appear in court in another case, a fourth-degree felony; and aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony. Ramon Ortega III, 53, of 434 Center St., was charged with failure to appear in court in another case, a fourth-degree felony. Rodolfo S. Ochoa, 44, of 1601 Byal Ave., was charged with failure to appear in court in another case, a fourth-degree felony. Guy A. Luda, 29, of 413 N. Cory St., was charged with failure to appear in court in another case, a fourth-degree felony. Ashley R. Greeno, 23, of 311 N. Blanchard St., was charged with failure to appear in court in another case, a fourth-degree felony. Madison N. Fenbert, 24, of 510 W. Main Cross St., was charged with failure to appear in court in another case, a fourth-degree felony. Warren W. Henderson, 37, of Grand Blanc, Michigan, was charged with failure to appear in court in another case, a fourth-degree felony. Nicole R. Trujillo, 41, of 501½ W. Front St., was charged with failure to appear in court in another case, a fourth-degree felony. Vernell T. Williams, 32, of 132 Monroe Ave., was charged with failure to appear in court in another case, a fourth-degree felony. Blake M. Hull, 28, of North Baltimore, was charged with theft, a fifth-degree felony. Jennifer L. Ryan, 52, of 806 Bright Road, was charged with aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony. Heriberto Lorenzo Jr., 43, of 224 E. Foulke Ave., was charged with aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony. Rogelio L. Pardo, 40, of Pickaway Correctional Institution, was charged with aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony. Jensen P. Routson, 26, of 131 Monroe Ave., was charged with possession of cocaine and aggravated possession of drugs, both fifth-degree felonies. Kyle J. McKitrick, 32, of Rawson, was charged with aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony. Amanda D. Fleming, 38, of Chattanooga, Tennessee, was charged with possession of marijuana, a fifth-degree felony. Quanterrian Mason, 46, of Chattanooga, Tennessee, was charged with possession of marijuana, a fifth-degree felony. Saul Macedo Castillo, 24, of Columbus, was charged with aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony. Caleb F. Egner, 23, of 15110 County Road 8, was charged with violating the terms of a domestic violence civil protection order issued by Common Pleas Court, a fifth-degree felony.
