3 indicted for failing to show up for court

A Hancock County grand jury issued indictments this week against three people for not showing up in court for proceedings in other cases involving them. Vincent A. May, 56, of 210 Taylor St., was charged with failure to appear in court in another case, a fourth-degree felony. Holly G. Day, 36, of Fostoria, was charged with failure to appear in court in another case, a fourth-degree felony. Azlynn R. Brown, 21, of Fostoria, was charged with failure to appear in court in another case, a fourth-degree felony. In other indictments issued this week: Jamarco S. Jones, 28, of Chicago, Illinois, was charged with receiving stolen property, a fourth-degree felony; and a first-degree misdemeanor count of failure to comply with an order or signal from a police officer. In the latter charge, Jones is alleged to have operated a motor vehicle so as to willfully elude or flee a police officer after the officer signaled for him to stop. Rashawn J. Yarn Sr., 25, of Fostoria, was charged with improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle, a fourth-degree felony. Max R. Morrison, 29, of Lima, was charged with possession of a fentanyl-related compound, a fourth-degree felony. Paige S. Dulaney, 26, of 1315 Amelia Ave., was charged with possession of heroin, a fifth-degree felony. Jenny L. Gary, 38, of 917½ N. Main St., was charged with aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony. Amanda A. Bulkowski, 29, of Forest, was charged with aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony. Kirsten R. Hollis, 31, of 2801 S. Main St., Apt. 22, was charged with aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony. Angela M. Barker, 47, of 1901 N.
