Mary Jane Wolford

Mary Jane Wolford, 67, of Westerville, passed away on December 4, 2021, in Columbus, OH. She was born on December 9, 1953, in Bluffton, Ohio, to the late Darrel J. and Mae (Garn) Kidwell. On May 10, 1985, she married Lynn Wolford and he survives. Mary Jane is survived by her daughters, Carey Wolford of Findlay and Jenny Wolford of Bloomdale. Also surviving is her grandchild, Caiden Cohen and a brother, Dick Kidwell of Findlay. Mary Jane is survived by a large, loving family with many nieces and nephews. Mary Jane is preceded in death by her brothers, John and Jim Kidwell and sisters, Gloria Frische and Joyce Gerber. Mary Jane was a 1972 graduate of Findlay High school and went on to work in a variety of different occupations throughout her life. She retired from Food Town Grocery Store as a bookkeeper after years of dedicated service. When she was not working, Mary Jane enjoyed gardening and growing herbs. She also found a love for running, having finished many half and full marathons. Mary Jane loved animals and had a special cat named Scooter. Mary Jane will be remembered for her loving, nonjudgemental and always supportive personality. She never met a stranger that didn't become a friend. Mary Jane loved her husband, daughters and grandchild above anything else in her life. She will be missed by all that knew and loved her. Memorial contributions may be made in Mary Jane's name to the Ronald McDonald House Charities. Visitation will be held from 1-3 and 5-7 p.m. Wednesday, December 8, 2021, at Coldren-Crates Funeral Home in Findlay, Ohio.
