Michael Alan Criblez

Michael Alan Criblez, 70, passed away Monday, Jan. 10, 2022, at Blanchard Valley Hospital, Findlay. Mike was born Sept. 10, 1951, in Lima, to Marion and Bernice (Hullibarger) Criblez. He married Wanda Cramer Criblez Sept. 23, 1972. Mike graduated from Allen East High School and received his bachelor's degree and master's degree from Ohio State University. He retired from Lima Terminal of Marathon Petroleum and previously was a farmer and taught science at Spencerville Junior High School. Mike enjoyed mowing the yard, tinkering, and most of all, spending time with his grandchildren and attending their sporting events. He was a member of Zion Lutheran Church, Lafayette, and had served as a Jackson Township Trustee. Mike's survivors include his wife, Wanda Criblez of Bluffton; son, Lance P. (Diana) Criblez of Harrod; three grandchildren, Lauren, Gabriel, and Eli Criblez; brother, Mark Criblez of Bluffton; and sister, Marsha (Tom) Criblez-Steger of Dublin. Mike was preceded in death by his parents; and daughter, Megan L. Criblez-Crowe. Mike's memorial service will be 11 a.m. Friday, Jan. 14, 2022, at Chiles-Laman Funeral & Cremation Services, Bluffton.
